Thursday’s flying at the Eastbourne air show 2015 was cancelled due to thunder storms, but Friday was a total contrast, with warm temperatures and mostly clear skies.

The Jet Provost and the BBMF cancelled, but there was still plenty of activity in the air, including an interesting role demo of the Royal Navy Sea King with the local lifeboat. Andy Hill flew his RV8 as part of the RV8tors team. This was to be one of his final displays before crashing a Hawker Hunter at the Shoreham air show the following week.
